1.  Once you have select Pay Now after selecting the payment method you will receive an email on provided email address.
   
2. Once you've completed the payment you order will be dispatched within 48 hours and you will receive a tracking number through email.
   
3. The package will be delivered at your desired to you within 2 weeks based on your location.
   
4. We have no hidden service charges and the order will be delivered to you without any other charges. 
   
5. We have standard delivery method so that we can comply with almost every country.
   
6. Our Warehouse is in Dubai, U.A.E and sometime a product can be out of stock before updating it on the website in that case one of our employee will reach you and provide you with information about when the product will be available again. In that case if you don't want to proceed you can demand refund and your full amount will be refund to you within 24 hours.
